If you are looking for prenatal yoga classes nearby, Oakland yoga studios have you covered every day but Saturday. We found that you can do yoga during pregnancy here in the East Bay almost every day of the week and in a variety of Oakland neighborhoods! Most of these yoga classes are one hour long.
