Fertility Planning with Acupuncture
We guide you in getting to know your own body, cycle, and fertility patterns. Our work together will include a comprehensive treatment plan to optimize your fertility with education, fertility nutrition, and lifestyle counseling, all the while supporting you with acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
You may or may not have fertility challenges. Many of our clients come to us because they understand the benefits of acupuncture on their reproductive health and, even without a diagnosis, want to enhance their fertility with Chinese medicine.
IVF and IUI Acupuncture Support
We use an integrative approach to complement your IVF/IUI plan and provide you with holistic and compassionate evidence-based care to increase your chances of a positive outcome. Receiving weekly acupuncture for at least 3 months leading up to your procedures will provide you with the best preparation for your IUI or IVF.
In addition to weekly office visits, we offer pre- and post-embryo transfer acupuncture. Studies show that receiving acupuncture immediately before and after your transfer increases your rate of success. Acupuncture and Herbs for Sperm Health
Whether you’ve been given a diagnosis of male factor infertility or you want to optimize your chances for conception, we love to work with you to support conception. We know it takes both sperm and egg to make a baby, and for those trying with a partner or directed sperm donor, optimizing sperm health leads to more successful conceptions and healthy pregnancies. If you have general health concerns, are taking medications, or have a pre-existing condition, it is important that you are in the best health possible to try to conceive.
Some reasons why male partners, partners with sperm, and directed sperm donors get acupuncture for fertility are low sperm count, low morphology, varicocele, vasectomy reversal, stress, and overwork. We set clients up with a comprehensive treatment plan, including diet and lifestyle changes to improve their health for their future baby's health.
